Aspect of the dancing serpent (At-Will Minor Personal ✦ Primal, Stance) Ranger Utility
Effect: Lenyara assumes a stance, the aspect of the dancing serpent. Until the stance ends, she gains the following benefits: She can take a free action at the end of each of her turns to shift one square; When she makes a basic attack against an enemy that has none of its allies adjacent to it, she gains a +1 power bonus to her attack and damage rolls.
Aspect of the Soaring hawk (At-Will Minor Personal ✦ Primal, Stance) Ranger Utility
Effect: Lenyara assumes a stance, the aspect of the Soaring hawk. Until the stance ends, she gains the following benefits: +2 power bonus to speed; +2 power bonus to Perception checks; and she ignores attack penalties to her attack rolls from partial cover or partial concealment- she also takes no worse than a -2 attack penalty when targeting foes with superior cover or total concealment.
Body of the wolf (Lioness) (At-will (special) Minor Personal ✦ Polymorph, Primal) Pack outcast utility
Effect: Lenyara can change from her human form to that of a lioness, or vice versa. When she changes from lioness to human, she can shift 1 square. While in lioness form, she retains her normal statistics and size, but gains a +1 bonus to speed.. Her equipment becomes part of her lioness form. She continues to gain the benefit of any equipment worn, except shields or item powers. While equipment is part of her lioness form it may not be removed, and anything in a container that is part of her lioness form is inaccessible. She gains proficiency with a bite in her lioness form- this is a +3 proficiency melee weapon attack, with an enhancement bonus equal to that of her primary weapon (+1). (Special: Lenyara can only use this power once per round).
Power strike (Encounter Free action Personal ) Ranger attack
Target: The enemy that she hit with the triggering attack.
Trigger: Lenyara hits an enemy with a melee basic attack with a weapon.
Effect: The target takes an extra 1[W] damage from the attack (probably 1d6). (Special: Lenyara can use this power twice per encounter, but not more than once per turn.
Safe passage (Daily Minor Close burst 5 ✦ Primal) Ranger Utility 2
Target: Lenyara and each ally in the burst
Effect: Each target gains a +2 power bonus to speed and ignores difficult terrain; these bonuses last until the end of the encounter.

Effect: Until the end of the encounter, Lenyara can have two stances active at the same time.
Critical: +1d6 damage
Properties: When Lenyara is using a stance power, she gains a +1 bonus to MBAs and at-will attacks with this weapon.

Description: Lenyara is a woman of average height, with an athletic build. Her skin has a faint golden-brown hue to it, and her short-cropped hair is only a few shades darker (more brown than gold). She has green-gold eyes with pupils like a cat's, a mark of the were-lion bloodline. She tends to dress simply, in close-fitting clothing of light brown and dark grey- her armor is made from the hide of a desert rhino. While she carries a sling for hunting, most of her fighting is done at close range, with a heavy braided leather net and a long knife.

Background: Lenyara comes from a far-off land, a place of deserts and dry grassy plains. Her people are nomadic hunters and herders, for the most part- a loose tribal alliance of shifters and humans. The ruling elite are marked by lycanthrophic heritage, carrying the blood of were-lions. A powerful caste of female warriors advise and serve the great lion king and Lenyara was born into this group. She always had a strong independent spirit, and when she grew to adulthood, she decided that she could not accept the oaths of loyalty and servitude to a king whose behavior and policies were abhorrent to her- instead she chose exile. Since that day she has wandered, earning her pay as a bodyguard, hunter, and warrior.

1st: Net training (multiclass Net); gain proficiency with net; when she hits a target with an attack with her net, the target is slowed until end of her next turn.

Racial bonus: World serpent's grasp; when she hits a slowed or immobilized target with an attack, she can knock the target prone

2nd: Twilight training; Lenyara has low-light vision

4th: Cunning stalker; Lenyara gains CA against any enemy that has no creatures adjacent to them other than her.

5th (L4E bonus): Master at arms; Lenyara gains a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls of weapon attacks. She can also use a minor action to sheathe a weapon and draw a weapon.

6th: Alertness; Lenyara gains a +2 feat bonus to Perception checks. She cannot be surprised.

According to the charter a new character that is brought in at level 3 does not receive full starting equipment. Instead they only receive 1750 gp to spend on equipment. Is this a case of the charter being out of date? MeepoLives

(FIXED- was not paying attention; that will teach me to post in a character a piece at a time)

Summary shows +10 for your short sword attacks, +9 for net, but math shows +9 for the short sword and +8 for the net. (Added +1 to hit bonus from Flashing Blades/2-weapon style scout class feature to math section)

Also, Adventurer's Kits cost 15 gp and weigh 33 lbs. MeepoLives (This kit has slightly different contents than a standard one- listed at bottom of equipment list)
