Hit: 1d12+9 damage (+1d12 on crit, 19-20 threat against undead, +1d6 when bloodied, reroll 1&2 damage). You shift 1 square and slide the target 1 square into the space you occupied.
Oath of Enmity (Encounter Minor Close burst 10 ✦ Divine)
Target: One enemy Kaz can see in burst
Effect: When Kaz makes a melee attack against the target and the target is the only enemy adjacent to him, he makes two attack rolls and uses either result. This effect lasts until the end of the encounter or until the target drops to 0 hit points, at which point Kaz regains the use of this power.

If another effect lets Kaz roll twice and use the higher result when making an attack roll, this power has no effect on that attack. If an effect forces Kaz to roll twice and use the lower result when making an attack roll, this power has no effect on that attack either.

If an effect lets you reroll an attack roll and you rolled twice because of this power, you reroll both dice.

Soul Seeker (Daily Minor Ranged 10 ✦ Conjuration, Divine, Healing)
Effect: A Soul Seeker from the land of the dead appears in an unoccupied square. It counts as an ally for flanking. Whenever Kaz reduces to 0 HP an enemy adjacent to the spirit, Kaz gains 5 HP. If Kaz drops his oath target to 0 HP, he may switch targets to one adjacent to the spirit as a free action.
Sustain: Minor action, The soul Seeker persists and Kaz can move to 5 squares. It ignores difficult terrain. It vanishes at the end of Kaz's turn if it goes out of LOS.
Battlecrazed Executioner's Axe +1 (Daily Minor Action Personal )
Effect: Battlecrazed Executioner's Axe +1: Deal 1 damage to Kaz (cannot be resisted). Kaz is considered bloodied EONT.

Fluff Edit

Background Edit

As a child Kaz was a pickpocket in the city of Ordagami in the Kingdom of Jade. One day he was caught and sent to prison to be executed. Fearing for his life he prayed for the first time in his life. During the night a vision of Mireva appeared and told him that if he swore to dedicate his life to bringing justice to the people, his life would be spared. He accepted and in a twist of fate the Oni tribe of Aku attacked Ordagami. During the raid his cell was damaged and he was able to escape and picked up the nearest weapon, the axe that was to be used for his execution. He was too late to stop the raiders and save the people they captured. Because of this he swore to avenge the innocence of the city. With his axe he has single handily whittled down the Aku Oni tribe over the years, but more still remain. He now wanders the countryside as a Kenshin, righting wrongs, bringing justice and ridding the Kingdom of Jade of the last of the Aku tribe.

Otherwise, everything else adds up and is clearly presented. I like how the history ties into his background and how he even got his first weapon. Also a fat elf, don't see many of those around :)
