Race and Class Features
Pixie:
- Fey Origin: El chupacabra's ancestors were native to the Feywild, so he is considered a fey creature for the purpose of effects that relate to creature origin.
- Speak with Beasts: El chupacabra can communicate with natural beasts and fey beasts.
- Wee Warrior: El chupacabra has a reach of 1, rather than the reach of 0 that is typical for a Tiny creature. He also takes a -5 penalty to Strength checks to break or force open objects. When wielding a weapon of his size, he follows the same rules that Small creatures do.
- Can use the Shrink and Pixie dust racial abilities.
Monk, Iron soul tradition:
- Can use the Iron soul flurry of blows power
- Mental Arsenal: when wielding a weapon other than one in the unarmed weapon group, el chupacabra gains a +1 shield bonus to AC.
- Monk unarmed strike: Considered a +3 proficiency weapon that deals 1d8 damage.
- Unarmored defense: +2 AC when wearing cloth or no armor and not wearing a shield
- Can use ki focuses and any weapon he's proficient with as implements.
Unseelie agent theme and background:
- Background: +2 to stealth
- Can use the Shadow Wrought Weapon utility power.
